If you don't mind a bit of bush bashing you may even see a platypus in the creek or a koala in a tree. <br><br>We have a 1968 Mustang Convertible, complete with driver, available for hire. <br><br>A qualified Beauty Therapist is onsite in a private treatment room to provide pampering facial treatments, manicures, pedicures, grooming and waxing on request.<br><br>Checkin time on the day you arrive is 2pm and on the day you leave a 10am departure is appreciated.<br><br>The studio setup allows for self catering. PLEASE be aware of this if you arrive late as there are no local cafes or restaurants open locally after 3pm, they are all open for lunch only.<br><br>Our studio is designed for a couple but if you require us to set up the sofa bed for the second guest a linen fee of $25 will be charged per stay. Listen to the sound of nature, whether it be the creek that runs all year round (less so in the dry season and more so when it rains), the kookaburras that start and end your day, the frogs, cicadas, birds and more.<br/><br/>## Access<br/><br/>Guests have full access to the house, pool and the surrounding gardens. The studio building next to the creek is off limits (it is just used for storage, there is no one else on the property when you are there).<br/><br/>## Interaction<br/><br/>Minimal interaction with guests - however, should there be a need, your neighbours David and Isabel can be on hand to help out.<br/><br/>## Neighborhood<br/><br/>Upper Coopers Creek is situated just over half an hours drive from Mullumbimby, located close to the beautiful Minyon Falls waterfall and walking track.<br/><br/>## Transit<br/><br/>You will most probably want to arrive by car, although we have had some people arrive by bicycle. We do have about 2km of unsealed road prior to our house, but these are in pretty good condition. Just take your time, especially around the corners.<br/><br/>## Notes<br/><br/>Being in the heart of nature means you may experience different bugs than you may be used to. On the most part they shouldn't be a problem, but be sensible - for example - be careful if you choose to have a picnic that you don't locate next to a nasty ants nest. While snakes have been sighted on this property - they do not like the sound of humans and will keep to themselves. Plus we encourage Kookaburras who love to feed on them. Ticks and leeches are rare (but do happen) - however, they generally prefer more furry wildlife. It is probably wise if you go walking to wear long sleeves, pants and insect repellent.<br/><br/>We have a lovely wood fire place and set up each guest with one nights worth of wood. If you wish for more please bring your own or there is an amazing delivery service from our neighbours - details are next to the fire place. Alternatively we have reverse cycle heating, radiator and other heaters as well and our power is 100% renewable and also carbon offset. So you don't need to use the fireplace if you don't want to.")
