Pebble Beach Place is a designer-inspired original bungalow carriage house situated directly across the driveway from the main residence of a gorgeous classic South Shore Hood Canal Home'. The house is on the 2nd floor with stairs and sits approx. 75 feet from the water across the Hwy 106. The carriage house has its own beautiful view of the canal, and is surrounded by an old cedar forest, this carriage house is a small lodge/ B& B type of stay as we do have some shared spaces such as the dock and a caretaker on sight. You will enjoy all the privacy of a vacation home, (as this property is completely separate and across the driveway from the main house), yet you will have access to concierge services and special requests if so desired. The house is nestled alongside an old cedar forest with its stunning view of Hood Canal, it comes with an 85ft private oyster and shellfish beach, beach deck and beautiful 115ft. dock in which to relax and enjoy the west sunsets from! Take long walks in the woods, go antiquing, play golf or hike the incredible trails just 2 miles down the road. Visit some of the Northwest's finest wineries, fish from the dock or go boating. You can dig clams, pick oysters, kayak, fly fish or just curl up and read a good book. We have a beautiful hot tub. Our hot tub deck is attached to the main house not the guest house as the guest house is separate from the main house. We reserve the main deck and the tub for you, our guests when the guest house is booked. The hot tub a few steps out the door and onto the main deck. Enjoy the gas fireplace while you look over your treasures from the beach or map out your next hike. “Your place” comes fully furnished with a small quaint kitchen and a pantry stocked with gourmet coffees and teas and essential items for cooking all complementary! Our place includes a washer and dryer and ceramic cookware. You can cook gourmet meals or dine out in one of the 5-star restaurants just 3 miles from Pebble Beach. This carriage house is fully furnished with two bedrooms, each with a comfy queen bed beautifully accessorized and a private balcony deck that looks out on Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains. A beautiful living room with full sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, luxurious spa robes, private meditation garden and deck, flat Screen RokuTV streaming books and games. A fire circle for 10, a large 30'x 70' deck and hot tub situated next to the main house across the driveway for your private use, outdoor dining table, chaise lounges and seating for 6 with a smaller outdoor gas fireplace. Our shared dock has table and chairs for your viewing pleasure and several seating areas around the property are also provided. Please note that this is a Carriage Style House (2nd-floor style) with entrance stairs. If you require lodging without stairs, we are sorry in advance that we cannot accommodate you. PLEASE NOTE* outdoor furniture items pictured (except for upper garden and dock) are removed or covered during the low season. Sept-May. The house is on the 2nd floor with fairly steep stairs. If you need handicap facilities or are infirmed to the point where stairs are a problem, we are sorry in advance as we cannot accommodate you. The guest house sits approx. 75 feet from the water across the road. The house is NOT located on the water side but is directly across the road (HW 106). The guest house has a lovely partial view of the water and the main deck and hot tub look out onto the canal. Yes, you can see down the canal with the mountains when in the tub! Our favorite! Please note * We do have a 3-to-4-night min. during the summer months June thru Sept. You can always check with us to see if we have a 2-night stay available or if we can accommodate a lesser night stay. Please do not instant book 2-night stays in the summer without checking with us first or if you plan on bringing a dog. We must approve all dogs first and there is a pet cleaning fee. We do not allow certain sizes and certain long hair dogs. Airbnb does not collect the pet fee and it is payable by cash or virtual transfers upon arrival.
