The space Our luxurious cabin offers 3 levels of living and can comfortably sleep up to 12 adults and 3 children. With each room equipped with a Smart TV. The lower level features our family room, with a 50" smart TV, Pool Table, Xbox, Arcade games, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, a den/office with 1 queen bed for additional sleeping, and full bathroom. The main level of the cabin has an open floor plan, Living Room, 50" smart TV, Fireplace, Dining Room, Kitchen, King Bedroom with attached bathroom, Laundry Room, and a large wrap around covered deck. The top level of the cabin features our Loft with 2 sofa beds, 40" smart TV, full bathroom, Queen bedroom, and the 5th bedroom with the twin over full bed bunk and single bed. With 3 levels of living there is plenty of room for you and your group to spread out and enjoy. And after a long day on the lake, hiking, biking or skiing, you can relax in the Hot Tub! This is your home away from home conveniently located in Towamensing Trails. A private community that offers amenities such as, a private lake, beach area, tennis courts, playground, boat rentals and more. Eight amenity passes are included in your rental cost. Up to 5 vehicles permitted. There is a secluded lake in Hickory Run State Park which is just an 8 minute drive that offers a secluded lake, picnic areas, a large sandy beach for swimming and there are several streams for the fishing enthusiasts. Minimum age to rent our vacation home is 25 years old. Other things to note The cabin features a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home. We provide top quality linens and towels.
