With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everyone has plenty of space to call their own on your tropical vacation. In just a few short minutes, you can also be at the beach soaking up the warm Florida sun. Bedroom Layout: Primary Bedroom: King Bed / 42" TV Guest Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds / 1 Twin Roll-Away Bed / 32" TV Living Room: Pull-out Queen Sofa Bed / 55" TV Guests can access the entire complex and enjoy private beach access. Access includes outdoor BBQ spaces by the Intercoastal Waterway, shuffleboard, cornhole, tennis courts, best community pool on the Key, steps from the beach with private beach access, fitness center and seawall with ability to dock your boat with access to the Intercoastal waterway and the Gulf. For your convenience, there is an onsite coin-operated washer and dryer on each floor. Guest must be 25 and up to rent this condo. ID is checked upon check in to the resort January through March, we will only accept a Saturday to Saturday stay, 7 nights required. From April through December, a minimum stay of 5 days is required although the guest understands that there is a 7 day lease term in place.
