The veranda has a view of the famous shifting Sand dunes that Lancelin is famous for and has many attractions including sand boarding, four wheel driving and the new West Side Tour bus operating a tour experience. The unit has 1 bedroom downstairs with Queen sized bed, also an upstairs loft style room with a double bed/ single bunk. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with TV and DVD, and lots of little extras including a few toys for the little ones. the unit supplies two fishing rods and a small selection of tackle, a variety of sporting equipment football, tennis racquets etc the can be utilize on the Lancelin Primary School oval and courts situated next door also there are two bikes on the veranda if you wish to leave the car and pedal around our beautiful town. The Lancelin jetty is great for fishing and just a short walk from your front door or if you just want to stroll down the beach and flick a few baits for Whiting, Herring and a few Taylor or watch the local cray boats come in with daily catch. If you have a boat the car park is big enough to accommodate any sized vessel or if you are passing through with a caravan there is also enough room. Our unit is a great little spot ready for you to come in kick back relax and chill. if you wish to explore our beautiful region you can travel North to Wedge Island and Grey and a little further the Pinnacles, Travel East to Gingin and the Riseborough winery or South to the Moore river estuary that is a little surprise package if you have not been there before.")
