There is a second bathroom to service the other two bedrooms.<br>Bedrooms one and two both have a queen bed and built in robes providing ample shelving and hanging space. Bedroom three has a double bed. Linen is supplied to all beds including electric blankets and towels.<br>The fully functional open plan kitchen offers a stone bench top, a large walk in pantry, stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine and dishwasher. We have even included a water filter tap. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for self contained living.<br>The kitchen overlooks the large dining and lounge area which has direct access through the large glass sliding doors to the north facing outdoor alfresco dining area. There is even a hooded BBQ with Wok burner for those that love to cook outdoors.<br>The lounge room has two couches and a 55\" Smart TV and a blu ray DVD player as well as a stereo that you can play your own music on.<br>There is a full size laundry with washing machine and dryer. The front and back yards are fully landscaped and the rear yard has secure colorbond fencing and a clothesline. There is also a lock up garage and room for a second car in the driveway.<br>The house has zoned ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout a Rinnai instant gas hot water and an alarm system fitted.<br>Ella House is within walking distance to the Adelaide bus network, a local park with playground, bbq and outdoor training track, Patritti Winery with cellar door and only a five minute drive to the nearest train station.
