The historical building of Via Rodari 6 has no elevator, due to it belonged to the Odescalchi family, who gave birth to Papa Innocenzo VI. It is located in the heart of the historical center of Como, very close to the lake and all the services that our city offers. Our main goal is that you feel at home.
The apartments enjoy a central location, from the high rooms you can see the tall spires of the Cathedral and is very well connected: is located 100 m from Ferrovie Nord (Railway) (in 50 minutes by train, sitting comfortably in order to reach the center of Milan), 100 m from dock at Lake (where you can take fantastic excursions on Lake of Como), 500 meters from the FSS station San Giovanni.
We have 5 apartments perfectly equipped with a living room, a kitchen and a double bedroom.Our apartments are very well furnished. In each apartment you can find a kitchenette (with oven or microwave), a living room with the sofa bed, a bathroom (including towels) and the bedroom. Furthermore there is a TV, air conditioning and the WiFi connection. It is the perfect match for families and for the business guests who want to have something different from classic hotel rooms.
