Safe and friendly neighborhood. Hospitable hosts. Spacious living room upstairs. Open-air balconies at the 1st & 2nd floors. Gated with 4-car garage. With wide lawn equipped with playground amenities like swings, see-saws, slides, etc.
Guests can use all the appliances like standard-suzed fridge, gas-range stove, portable stove, microwave, water heater, thermos, iron and ironing board, 2 airconditioners, etc.
Can use playground, outdoor/garden setting, 4-car garage.
Myself and my sister (co-hosts) are available by phone (cell and landline), (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), Messenger, emails, texts, video calling. Both of us are here in Winnipeg, Canada but we have a niece-caretaker and other staff who we can immediately contact.
Neighborhood is friendly and helpful, if help is asked. Area is safe. Pace is laid-back.
If guests have GPS access, that would be a great help if they have a car. People in the community is also a great resource for direction and any information. They are reliable and can speak English. Local commutes are abundant like motorbikes, taxi, jeepneys, buses, private cars as per agreement; local guides can also be requested.

![Opol Home near Seven Seas Park, Divine Mercy]( "Malanang, Opol is the home of the First and the Biggest Ostrich Farm in the Philippines. It's about 10 to 20 minutes to get there from our place.
Our place is around 10-15 minutes drive to Seven seas Water Park, about 45 mins drive to Divine Mercy Shrine in El Salvador Misamis Oriental and about 1 hour drive to Laguindingan Airport.
It is about 10 to 20 min drive to Jollibee Igpit and Citimall in Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City.
Our place is located in a subdivision in Malanang, Opol, Misamis Oriental with kitchen and two bedroom good for 4 persons.
I will hand in the key upon check in and get the key upon check out but I won't be available throughout your stay.
Our place is in front of a small store. The nearby establishments are laundry shop, bakeshops, chapel and basketball court.

The room is big with its own private shower and toilet. Since it is in the first floor, it is accessible-friendly to guests who are wheelchair-bound. Location is 3-min by car to El Salvador Pasalubong Center. Location is in the bustling part of El Salvador Poblacion near the overpass for pedestrian. The house is known as the \"White House\" by the locals.
Within the house, guests can access the kitchen with stove and fridge, & the other shared toilets and shower, if necessary; the dining area, the living room in the first level, the living room upstairs, the veranda downstairs and upstairs, the garage or parking space, the garden, the playground with play accessories like swings, seesaws, slides, etc.
I am out of the country, specifically in Canada. My niece is the overall caretaker who coordinates with the house-caretaker and the guests. The house caretaker can be the resource person for any questions. Guests can continue to communicate with me thru Airbnb platform.
The neighbors are friendly & helpful. The area is known to be safe and peaceful. Just at the next corner in front of the house is a public swimming pool with a continuous water supply from a natural spring. Beside this pool is a chapel.
There is wet market in the area for fresh fish, meat, fruits and vegetables.
Public transportation is by motorbike or trisikad to and from the National Highway which is around 5-minutes. One can move around with your private cars and public transport like buses, vans with ACs, and jeepneys.
Please take note that the house is not child-proof like the flight of stairs has no barriers. Adults are responsible for watching over the kids more especially in the playground.
If there are other guests in any of the 3 bedrooms upstairs, they may get to know them & socialize with them.")

I am out of the country (Canada). I can interact with guests through the Airbnb platform of communication. I have caretaker niece who will oversee the stay of the guests coordinating with myself and the in-house caretaker.

I'm a Kagay-anon, I can suggest best places to visit in the city of Golden friendship.
Quiet neighbourhood, friendly neighbours who are professional and business people. We are 5.5 km to Opol beach (about 15 minutes by car) where there are resorts (such as Marvila beach resort ) and seafood restaurants.
Tasty takeaway Barbecued chicken and pork is available close by about 1km. There is also a bakery near the BBQ shop. Shopping malls including Ayala, SM , Gaisano and Lim Ket Kai mall have numerous restaurants to choose from.
