My house is perfect condition, Location is great! you can connect to other places very fast and easily.
Everything is new. It is on the 8th floor. Of course, you can use the elevator.

My place located in a safe and convenient residential area,10 minutes walk from subway line 2 Jamsil station(잠실역) and Lotte world.

MY house is a studio apartment. It is a great size for two people
If 4 people want to be together, You can adding a mattress.
It is a NEW ROOM that is a little more than one month. so It is a more comfortable, tidy and atmospheric place than a hotel.
Most facilities in the house are clean and safe.
There is a convenient kitchen and table. so You can enjoy cooking and have a good time with your people.
and We have a washing machine, so you can use it whenever you need it.
Lastly, there are pretty and big parks around the house. The park is called Seokchon Lake. so When the weather is nice, it’s very good to take a walk.
