We hope you choose to stay with us for your next 5 Star stay!<br><br>The space<br><br>Whether you’re staying only 1 night, or in need of a home base for multiple weeks, you’ll feel right at home in this cozy and comfortable townhouse apartment. We originally set this apartment up for ourselves and lived in it after we bought the townhouse in April of 2018. When our long term tenant moved out of the upper level apartment in November 2018 we moved upstairs and listed Apartment #1 on Airbnb. Once you arrive and enter via self check-in you may not want to leave.<br><br>The living space is furnished with soft leather couches and a swivel tub chair. At the center of it all is a Roku powered 55” 4K big screen tv with a 5.1 surround sound home theater including a great selection of 4K movies to watch if you choose to stay home. Feel free to enjoy the electric fireplace to add some extra warmth or ambiance.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped with an ample supply of all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you need to cook up your favorite gourmet dinner. There’s a Weber gas grill in your private backyard and you might choose to enjoy your cookout sitting at the wrought iron furniture on the covered back patio, or sip your morning cup of coffee on the 2nd story balcony off the back bedroom.<br><br>Both bedrooms have brand new Signature Sleep 12” memory foam queen size mattresses with very soft double brushed microfiber sheets and an oversized king comforter. Each bed has 2 soft and 2 firm Calvin Klein pillows to help insure you get a great nights rest.<br><br>The apartment is a great location to visit Harrisburg, Hershey, Lancaster and Gettysburg. Easy access to all the major highways that come through the Harrisburg area.<br><br>We don’t have any hidden fees (cleaning or # of guests) or require a security deposit. The nightly price listed is the price you pay.<br><br>Guest access<br><br>Entire lower level apartment including a private backyard with a patio and second story balcony.<br><br>The main entrance foyer is shared for both the lower and upper level apartment. We spend most of each week living in the upper apartment of the townhouse and are available in person if you need us.<br><br>Interaction with guests<br><br>We are set up for self check-in and out, but are also available in person as needed. We are usually in town staying in the upper apartment and have our trusted friend Steven available next door if we’re not around.
