A big red inviting couch is perfect for curling up with all of you favorite travel companions after a long day of adventuring.<br> <br>The additional 2 bedrooms can be found on the lower level, one with a king bed, and one with a queen and a bathroom to share. The new washer and dryer are also on the basement level. <br> <br>The large deck has plenty of seating for everyone to have room. Prepare meals with the gas grill overlooking the yard below. Situated between Bear Creek Lake Park and Green Mountain Park, this home is in a fantastic location surrounded by plenty of outdoor exploration opportunities. <br> <br>Belmar is a short drive away with several dining, shopping, and entertainment options. If you’re visiting in the wintertime, be sure to stop in at the ice rink right in the middle of Belmar. The sushi next door at Wasabi is excellent!<br> <br>You won’t want to leave town without catching a show at Red Rocks. Get there early to explore downtown Morrison and stop in for a bite or at one of the boutiques. You’ll also find Dinosaur Ridge in Morrison and can take the shuttle to see fossils along the ridge.<br> <br>Our home is an easy drive to Denver if you’re wanting to visit the city during your stay. Our home also has easy access to I-70 that will take you straight into the mountains!<br> <br>Parking Instructions:<br> <br>There are 2 spots available in the driveway. Street parking is also available, however, we are on a cul-de-sac, so please be sure not to block any neighboring driveways or you will be towed. Please be mindful of all parking signs and laws. We are not responsible for any parking violations.<br>Trash Instruction: <br> <br>Trash is located at the top of the driveway just outside of the garage. Please dispose of your trash upon checkout. Monday is the typical pickup day for the property. Someone may come during your stay to roll the cans to and from the curb, but no one will enter the home. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching. <br> A rustic modern Loft on 11+ acres overlooking Red Rocks! a three bedroom LOFT (the ELK, the OWL, the EAGLE) above the four car garage sleeps 8 with 3 king size beds, and 1 queen size bed (located in the master bedroom), in addition, there are two pull out couches - one full size in the master bedroom (the ELK) and one queen size in the kitchen/living area ($20 each for 4 more guests - total of 12 guests), a 3/4 bath en-suite bath in the ELK, and a full bath off of the combined living and kitchen space. The LOFT provides parking for 4 vehicles (maximum) in the driveway in front of the single garage door on the east side of the driveway. The respectful quiet time observed is 10pm to 7am every night. Come visit us! <br>Nestled on the side of the Lions Ridge Hogback just one and a quater miles South of Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater Entrance #3 and the quaint town of Morrison, our Loft is perfectly located for a concert, a weekend get away or a leisurely mid-week holiday.<br>The half mile driveway is located on the East side of Highway 8, 1 mile from the town of Morrison to the north or 1 mile from Highway 285 to the south. Quiet hours at the LOFT are from 10pm-7am. Please be mindful and respectful. Guests have access to the entire LOFT. You will enter through the man-door on the East side of the building, then head up the stairs to the living/kitchen/dinning/bedrooms and bathrooms and make yourself at home. We are on site in the building across the way and use the 4 car garage for our personal vehicles. You may park up to 4 vehicles in front of the East single garage door..Please, no more than FOUR vehicles allowed at the LOFT during your stay to be parked in the drive way by the east single garage door<br>")
