There is a small grill on the deck and a brand new pull-out sofa which increases the sleeping capacity from 2 to 4. L101 is located on the lower floor of the condo building so there are no stairs to climb. In the winter, enjoy the propane log fireplace after spending the day on the ski slopes which is just a 5 minute dirve away. In the summer, head to the Nature Trail and hike to the top of Bald Mountain which is part of the Appalachian Trail and provides a breathtaking view! The new owner of this condo has a Country Club social membership which, depending on the pandemic status, should give our renters access to meals within the club. He is also a member of the Village Amenities. No pets, please.")
